1.1           We, MOTF, provide services and programs through our websites and other digital platforms (our Services). 

1.2           Our Services offer opportunities to interact with you in many different ways and when we interact with you, we may collect information from you including personal data.  You trust us to look after that information and we are committed to protecting your rights and your privacy.

1.3           When we refer to Museum of the Future, MOTF, we, us and our, we mean the Museum of the Future LLC, a limited liability company with its address at Building 65, Sheikh Zayed Road, P.O. Box 66610, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

(a)            We do not disclose Personal Data we collect about you, except as described here.  We may share your personal data with:

(i)             service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions.  We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.  Examples of these service providers include entities that provide web hosting and payment service providers; and.  

(ii)            other third parties with your consent. 

(b)            When we transfer your information to other countries, we will protect that information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We have also implemented appropriate safeguards to ensure such a level of data protection when transferring your personal data.

5.2           Data Retention - We will retain your Personal Data for as long as we deem necessary or appropriate, including to comply with Data Protection Legislation, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. If you wish to receive marketing communications, we will keep the information necessary to send you these communications following the end of our customer relationship or following their collection, if you are a prospective customer. 5.3           How We Protect Personal Data - The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. The measures used are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of unauthorised or unlawful processing of your Personal Data.
