You may enter the public areas of the museum at any time during opening hours. Ticketed exhibition re-entry is permitted only on the day the ticket is valid and is limited to certain exhibition floors. You must keep your issued wristband on at all times - removal of the wristband will prevent re-entry. Please speak with one of our representatives during your visit for the most up to date re-entry options.

Children aged 16 and older can enter the museum on their own. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21.

Tickets can be purchased here on our website. 

You can make a single change to the date of your booking up to 24 hours before the ticket date. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

We accept all major international credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions will be made in the local currency (UAE Dirham). Any payments using international cards will be converted at the current exchange rate.

For the best possible experience, our exhibitions are designed to be enjoyed in a specific sequence over a set time period. This requires us to manage entry times for all guests.

Museum of the Future tickets are allocated to specific time slots. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend our guests book in advance here. Tickets may be purchased onsite at our self service kiosks or from the ticketing desk in our lobby area, but please be aware that during peak times, tickets may not be available for preferred time slots or immediate entry.

The Museum of the Future is directly adjacent to Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our exact location can be found here.

We recommend you use Dubai Metro for the best access (Emirates Towers Station, Red Line). You can also use the Dubai Bus Service network and plan your journey here or arrive by foot, bicycle or electric scooter. You may also use your personal vehicle and self-park on-location (subject to availability) or use our valet parking service. Both Parking services are chargeable.

The Museum of the Future constantly updates its policies and procedures to adhere to local and national guidelines to keep all guests and staff as safe as possible at all times.

PCR tests or vaccination certificates are not required to access Museum of the Future at this time. This may be subject to change and we will notify you should this change prior to your visit.

There are male and female restrooms on each floor. All restrooms are accessible for People of Determination. Please follow signs or ask staff for directions on-site

Yes, the Museum of the Future has separate prayer rooms for men and women located in the Lobby. Please follow signs or ask staff for directions on-site.

Guests may bring their own food to consume in the lobby and garden areas. Caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes children's floor (Level 1), but not past the entry barrier. No food or drink is allowed in any other exhibitions for the safety of all guests.

Museum of the Future has five main exhibition floors (floors 1-5). Floor 7 is a dedicated event space, with an auditorium space on floor P3 (both available for hire - contact our events team here) and a ground floor lobby area.

Visits are self-guided on a fixed path, however we have ambassadors athe entire journey who will be happy to assist you with any questions or enquiries you may have.

You are welcome to stay as long as you wish during opening hours. The full exhibition experience takes 2-3 hours on average.

We ask guests to dress in a manner that is respectful of the local culture and is appropriate for a public space in the United Arab Emirates.

Yes. Photography and videography are allowed in Museum of the Future as long as the images are taken using existing light only (no flash) and are for personal, non-commercial use. Photography and videography are often restricted in special exhibition galleries, please approach our staff in case of doubt. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted for the safety of our other guests.

Yes we offer complimentary WIFI across all floors. Please ask staff onsite or follow instruction sign-boards to gain access.

The Museum of the Future takes the safety of our guests very seriously and has appropriate security measures in place.

Yes. We have wheelchair docks in our Lobby and if you require a wheelchair while at any of the exhibition floors please approach our staff on the floor for assistance. Our wheelchairs are subject to availability and free of charge.

Museum of the Future does not provide sign language interpreters, however all audio content is presented with subtitles in both Arabic and English.

Museum of the Future is multisensory and designed to accommodate for the widest audience possible. We do not at this time offer audio guides.

The Museum of the Future is 77 metres/225 feet tall and occupies an overall area capacity of 30,548 m2.

The Museum of the Future’s building exterior is engraved with inspirational quotes from H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE in the form of Arabic calligraphy.

Museum of the Future comprises three main elements. The green hill represents the earth, the torus shaped building represents humankind's ability to innovate and the void at the centre of the structure represents the unknown.

The Museum of the Future's facade is made out of stainless steel and consists of 1,024 pieces manufactured by a specialised robot assisted process; covering a total surface area of 17,600 square meters.
