Patrick J Moloney - is a leading expert in drug discovery with 15+ years of experience in Big Pharma. He's a renowned innovator in pharmaceutical methods and a strong advocate for precision medicine and female entrepreneurship. Most recently has partnered with DHA on the World’s Largest Multi-OMIC Precision Medicine Longitudinal Study.



Panel 1 Speakers:


Dr. Khulood Alsayegh MD - is a leading healthcare leader and regulatory advisor. With expertise in telehealth and AI ethics, she holds key positions with Dubai Health Authority and Mohamed Bin Rashid School of Governance. Qualified from prestigious institutions like the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and Harvard Medical School, she has 20 years of clinical experience globally.


Dr. Patrick Merel - holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Bordeaux. With 20 years of academic experience in France, he led the development of clinical and research laboratories. He then co-founded two successful biotech companies in the US: Portable Genomics and Edico Genome.


Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi - is the Senior Vice President of Dubai Science Park (DSP), a leading science and technology park within the TECOM Group. He oversees the growth of DSP, which supports a thriving ecosystem of life sciences, energy, and environment companies. He also serves as a board member of Aster GCC Holdings.



Panel 2 Speakers:


Prof. Patricia Maguire - is a leading scientist at University College Dublin, renowned for her work in merging AI with Biomedical Science. Her pioneering research on platelet biology and the development of AI-powered diagnostics, like the AI_PREMie for preeclampsia, has garnered significant recognition. She is a passionate advocate for women in STEM and has received numerous awards for her research and mentorship.


Prof. Aline Martins - is a biologist with a PhD in Translational Medicine, specializing in Functional Cancer Proteomics. She conducted postdoctoral research at The Scripps Research Institute, developing single-cell proteomics methods for clinical applications. Currently, she is a faculty member at UCSD's Department of Regenerative Medicine and Associate Director of ISSCOR, applying proteomics knowledge to advance space medicine and biology.  


Dr Alysson Muotri - Dr. Alysson Muotri is a leading neuroscientist pioneering the use of stem cells and brain organoids to study brain development and disease. He founded several companies, including Tismoo, focused on personalized autism treatment using brain organoids. Dr. Muotri has received numerous awards, including the NIH Director's New Innovator Award and others.
