• How do I place an order?

• What are your shipping charges?

  Shipping is free of charge anywhere within the UAE for orders of AED100 or more. All other orders for delivery within the UAE will be charged at AED20. All orders to be delivered outside of the UAE will be at a fixed charge of AED100.  For Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) countries/regions, the final purchase price upon checkout excludes applicable duties and taxes. You will be responsible for paying the applicable import duties and taxes to our carrier to release your order from customs.

  
  

  Orders placed in the UAE will be shipped and delivered within 2 business days. All international orders and shipped by us by the next day and usually take between 7-10 days for delivery.

• Can I ship to more than one address?

  We only ship orders to one address. Please place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

• When will my debit or credit card be charged?

  Your debit or credit card will be charged after we have fully verified your card details.

• Can I cancel or modify my order?

  If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us shop@museumofthefuture.ae.Once an order has been submitted and is in process we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified. We will do our best to accommodate any requests

• What is your exchange or return policy?

  If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or even if you have changed your mind, return the product to us in accordance with this return policy in exchange for a credit note.

  
  

  Conditions for return.

  Return the product to us unworn and unused, with all related accessories (if any), within the original box and packaging.

  Return the product with your proof of purchase.

  Make your return within 28 days from the date of purchase.

  No returns will be available for personalised or customised products, unless faulty or mis-described, in which case proof of purchase must be provided.

  Products that have been altered, damaged or misused by you will not be accepted.

  
  

  Electrical products

  Faulty or mis-described electrical products can be returned within 3 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase and provided it is returned in its original packaging.

  
  

  Return process for online purchases:

  If you purchased the product from our online shop, please log into your online account and select ‘Orders’ within your profile account. You can also initiate your return through www.museumofthefuture.ae/shop/returns and following the steps in accordance with the Conditions for Return.

  
  

  Original shipping charges and customs fees and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or mis-described.

  
  

  For products purchased online and returned to us, we will do our best to process such returns within ten business days of our receipt of the product. In some cases, this period may be longer and if after 30 days you haven’t received a credit note or a contact email from us, please contact us at shop@museumofthefuture.ae.

  
  

  If we accept the return, we will issue you with an online credit note which can be used within twelve months of the date of issue.

  
  

  Return process for Museum Shop 'in-store' purchases:

  If you purchased the product from our museum shop, please return the product to the museum shop in accordance with the Conditions for Return.

  General

  Museum of the Future LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

  
  

  This policy is in addition to your consumer rights under applicable UAE law.

• How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

  Refunds will take 8-10 days post approval. Please follow up with our team shop@museumofthefuture.ae if you have not received your refund within this time.

• Can I send an order as a gift?

  By selecting 'gift-wrap' during checkout we will gift wrap the item(s) before shipping and will 

  also ensure not to pack a copy of the invoice.

• Can I exchange an item I received as a gift?

  Yes. Please contact us shop@museumofthefuture.ae and ensure you have proof of purchase.

• Can I collect my order at the Museum of the Future Shop?

  All online purchases can be collected directly from our store in Museum of the Future by selecting the ‘Click & Collect’ service at checkout. If you would like someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, please provide them with a signed letter of consent that includes their name, phone number, and they must bring valid ID. When your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email confirmation. Orders not collected within 3 days of email confirmation will be returned to stock and you will be fully refunded automatically.

• Can I sell my products at the Museum of the Future Shop?
